Welcome to Anthony Wickett Photography ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our online galleries, purchasing downloads, or viewing any images provided through our platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Ownership and Copyright

All photographs, digital downloads, previews, and related content ("Content") made available through our galleries are the exclusive property of Anthony Wickett Photography.
Content is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. No rights or ownership are transferred to you upon viewing, purchasing, or downloading Content.

2. Permitted Use

  • Purchased digital downloads grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Content for personal use only.

  • Content may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, reproduction, distribution, or publication without prior written consent from Anthony Wickett Photography.

3. Prohibited Actions

You agree not to:

  • Share, copy, reproduce, or redistribute any Content without explicit, prior written permission.

  • Take screenshots, screen recordings, or otherwise capture watermarked images from the gallery.

  • Alter, remove, or obscure any watermark, copyright notice, or other proprietary markings on the Content.

  • Use Content in a manner that infringes upon our intellectual property rights.

Unauthorized use of Content may result in legal action, including but not limited to civil damages and injunctive relief.

4. Gallery Access and Download Store

  • Galleries may be password-protected or time-limited.

  • Digital downloads are final and non-refundable once delivered.

  • We reserve the right to revoke access to galleries or downloads at any time if Terms of Service are violated.

5. Consent for Sharing

If you wish to share any Content (including on social media, websites, or other public platforms), you must obtain express written consent from Anthony Wickett Photography.
In some cases, properly credited sharing (e.g., tagging our business and linking back to the gallery) may be permitted — but only after obtaining approval.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we strive to maintain a secure and reliable platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to galleries or downloads.
We are not responsible for any unauthorized distribution or misuse of Content once downloaded.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted here, and continued use of the galleries constitutes acceptance of any changes.
